Actions
Almost any Custom action can be supplied but we
predominantly use Stolle actions. These are made by the
Kelbly family in Ohio to the highest possible standards
using modern CNC machining methods. Kelbly’s have a
worldwide reputation for producing some of the most
accurate bench rest actions available.
Stolle Actions
Panda: An Aluminium flat bottomed single shot action
available in many bolt and port configurations
predominately used for bench rest and competition rifles.
Comes with a spiral fluted bolt.
Kodiak: Aluminium flat bottom action, slightly smaller in
cross section than the Panda, available in short or long
version, single shot or repeater using Remington type
magazines. Available in many bolt and port configurations
and make excellent hunting rifles. Comes with spiral fluted
bolt.
Grizzly II: A round action available in stainless steel or
blued chrome moly and has the same spiral fluted bolt as
the Panda or Kodiak. Available in many bolt and port
configurations, single shot or repeater using Remington
type magazines. Makes an excellent bench rest, competition
or hunting rifle.
All stole actions will accept Remington style triggers and
are available with cone or flat bolt faces in PPC, .222,
.308 or magnum sizes. Actions are available with full
polish, matt finish or bead blast. For further information

Remington and Sako Actions
New, used or customers own Remington and Sako actions can
be used in long, short, right or left hand. To achieve the
accuracy potential of your rifle we highly recommend a full
blueprint to the action. This involves re-cutting the
action threads .010” oversize and true to the bolt
way, squaring the action face, re-cutting the action
locking recesses perfectly flat and perpendicular to the
bolt way, re-cutting the bolt lugs perfectly flat and
perpendicular to the bolt body, lapping the bolt and action
together, machining the bolt face perfectly flat and
perpendicular to the bolt body, firing pin polished and
protrusion checked. A custom recoil lug by Holland or Tubb
is installed on Remington actions. The trigger is
disassembled, stoned and reassembled, then adjusted to
maintain a constant crisp trigger pull.
